What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Coordinator (Spanish speakers encouraged to apply) position at All That's Therapeutic, Inc.?
The Rehabilitation Coordinator has the responsibility of coordinating and providing rehabilitation services to consumers of all ages in jurisdictions served by All That’s Therapeutic, Inc. Services are provided with client-centered and family-centered approaches and are derived through time-limited, goal specific interventions.
- The Rehabilitation Coordinator will provide weekly rehabilitation services to consumers, based on the unique needs of each consumer in order to enhance and foster the consumer’s optimal functioning and interactions in the home and community;
- The Rehabilitation Coordinator will comprehensively and accurately document all services provided and submit all documentation in accordance with agency policies;
- The Rehabilitation Coordinator will document communication and coordination with other agencies and individuals working with the consumer (i.e., therapist, social worker, case manager, physician, probation officer, etc.) in order to provide effective and relevant treatment, through attendance at meetings, telephone consultations, written and verbal updates, etc., as required.
- The Rehabilitation Coordinator will continually assess consumer needs, service availability, and the appropriateness of the services provided.
- Services are office-based, home-based, and/or community-based. Reliable transportation is required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college (or 30 credit hours toward degree in health related field); Associates Degree in a health related field, or one (1) year of work experience in a supervised mental health setting.

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
