All Texas Health Care is a well-established Home Health Agency seeking a Field Supervisor who will perform routine (on-site) home visits. Our agency is looking for a team player who enjoys working directly with clients in a fast-paced office. Must be motivated with a positive, upbeat attitude and must be willing to travel the RGV during business hours (Co. Car provided). Our agency aims to provide the upmost service to our clients and needs a Field Supervisor who is ready to take the initiative to provide the best quality of care. Rate to be discussed upon interview.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts initial visits to the clients' homes to explain services, access the client's home environment and support system.
- Orientate provider and hire when needed and will be responsible for supervising the providers to the client with the established service plan to enable the client to function in the home and community.
- Conduct in-person supervisory visits, annual reassessments, attendant orientations, and start of cares during normal business operating hours.
- Makes sure all documentation required of any visits made, has been completed and obtained.
- Assists with the handling and investigation of grievances and complaints for the PAS program.
- Perform office tasks as needed.
- Must be willing to be cross trained in different duties of the agency's departments/areas when needed.
