Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Coordinator, based in Fargo, ND. The Billing Coordinator will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing the billing process, preparing accurate invoices, maintaining billing systems, and ensuring the timely processing of all financial transactions. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to ensure accuracy and collaborating with team members to address any billing inquiries or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Billing Process, Invoicing, and Billing Systems
- Strong Analytical Skills to review and ensure accuracy in financial data
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with team members and clients
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in relevant accounting and billing software is a plus
- Prior experience in billing or a related role is a strong advantage
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
