Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finish Line Technician to join our dynamic automotive conversion team. We convert high-end trucks and SUV's to be wheelchair accessible. Our trucks are uniquely designed and and built to be the best wheelchair accessible vehicles in the world. Our team has the satisfaction of providing freedom to wheelchair users. In this role, you will be responsible for prepping and completing vehicles before and after the floor and lift pan installation ensuring each vehicle meets our high standards for quality, appearance, and safety. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional results to our customers by performing precise electical, hydraulic, and finishing tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment committed to automotive excellence.
Responsibilities
- New vehicle tear down and prep for the install process
- Restoring electrical functionality after the install process
- Installing and testing hydraulics to operate the doors and lift pan.
- Installing and testing electronics modules to operate the doors and lift pan
- Reinstalling the factory interior in coordination with the new functionality
- Detailing and undercoating the vehicle prior to the final quality process
Qualifications
- A Team player with a strong work ethic that is open to training will be very successful in this role even without prior experience.
- Experience in electrical wiring or hydraulics is not required but a definite advantage.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, grinders, sanders, and power tools
- Capable of heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during intricate finishing tasks.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
