Home Health Aide / Non-medical Caregiver -Nashville, Tn. (Weekend)

Introduction:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Caregiver to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes. The Home Health Caregiver will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing light housekeeping and meal preparation services. The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other team members.

Must be able to work weekend shift (Saturday-Sunday)

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation services, including ensuring that the client's living area is clean and organized and preparing nutritious meals according to the client's dietary needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team members
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role - Preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
