Product Marketing / Marketing Assistant

All Tech Electronics is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Product Marketing / Marketing Assistant to support our product marketing, sales, and supplier management teams. This role will assist with product line administration, supplier information, marketing updates, customer presentations, reporting, and general department support.This position is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with data and product information, and interested in learning about electronic components, supplier lines, and the aerospace and defense marketplace.Responsibilities

• Assist with product marketing and supplier line administration
• Maintain and update product, supplier, and marketing information
• Support preparation of customer presentations, line cards, product summaries, and marketing materials
• Assist with sales and product reports using Excel and internal systems
• Help coordinate supplier information, pricing updates, product availability, and customer requests
• Support marketing campaigns, email communications, and customer outreach initiatives
• Assist with quote follow-up, product research, and internal sales support
• Maintain organized records for suppliers, product lines, and customer opportunities
• Work with sales, purchasing, and product marketing teams to support business development activity
• Provide general administrative support to the product marketing and marketing departments

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
• 1–2 years of prior office, marketing, sales support, or administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize information, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and product data
• Interest in electronics, aerospace, defense, or technical products is a plus
• Experience with CRM, ERP, email marketing, or website/content tools is a plus
