What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate -automotive position at All Tech Automotive?
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage the shop calendar.
- Communicate inspection results and recommended repairs to customers.
- Obtain customer authorization before proceeding with repair orders.
- Prepare and process repair orders, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in the shop management system.
- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely updates and efficient workflow.
- Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, receptionist work, or administrative support (automotive/service advisor experience preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain services and repairs clearly.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and recordkeeping.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused.
