Role Description The Sales Representative role at All Team Exteriors is a full-time, on-site position based in Arlington, VA. In this role, the you will meet with residential customers, assess exterior home improvement needs, and present solutions for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-person consultations, preparing estimates, following up on leads, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through the end of the project. You will collaborate closely with the owners and installation teams to ensure accurate expectations and a smooth customer experience. This role also involves maintaining detailed records in the CRM system, participating in local marketing events, and consistently representing the company’s values of integrity and clear communication.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong customer service, relationship-building, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Previous experience in exterior home improvement, construction, or field sales is preferred but not required.
