Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled HVAC Technician with at least two years of hands-on experience to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HVAC systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Test system performance and ensure proper operation
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience
- Basic knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
- EPA Certification (preferred or required depending on location)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, bend, and climb for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of electrical systems and controls
Work Environment
