Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of control panel designers and engineers across multiple industrial projects
Oversee all aspects of control panel layout and schematic development using AutoCAD Electrical
Ensure all designs comply with UL508A, NEC, and relevant industry codes and practices
Review design work for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal and customer standards
Act as a technical lead for panel design—providing guidance, resolving challenges, and setting direction
Collaborate closely with production, project management, and sales to align engineering output with customer and business requirements
Maintain project schedules, allocate resources, and prioritize tasks across the engineering team
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
7 years of experience in control system and panel design
2 years of direct leadership or engineering management experience
High proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical (required)
Strong knowledge of UL508A, NEC, and best practices in industrial control panel design
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial project environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $100,000 – $150,000, depending on experience
