Pay Range: $35-$55 Depending on experience, education and licensing
What you’ll do
- Lead and mentor electrical apprentices across varied industrial automation projects.
- Model and enforce safety procedures and uncompromising quality standards.
- Coordinate schedules and deliverables with foremen and project managers to hit targets.
- Diagnose electrical issues and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Coach teammates on best practices and proven electrical techniques.
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting, shifting priorities as projects evolve.
- Travel to project sites across the country as needs arise.
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license in any state.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute within a team.
- Basic understanding of control systems preferred—training provided for the right candidate.

- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
- Willingness to travel nationwide for project assignments.
