Job Summary
The Transportation Coordinator supports daily transportation and logistics operations by assisting with routing, driver coordination and equipment tracking.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams.
Reports to transportation leadership.
Branch: All Tile - CCS in Wood Dale IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay: $25-$28/hr depending on experience

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Perform daily routing and recording using Samsara
- Communicate with drivers to support daily operations, resolve issues, and provide route guidance
- Serve as a backup contact for driver support as needed
- Generate and manage rental unit(s) and reporting company‑wide
- Assist with LTL (Less‑Than‑Truckload) coordination and tracking
- Support backup fuel consolidation and related reporting
- Maintain accurate transportation records and documentation
- Assist transportation leadership with general administrative and operational tasks
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and transportation best practices
- Transportation or logistics background.
- Experience with routing software (Samsara experience a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
- Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
- AI functionality a plus
- Office‑based with frequent interaction with warehouse, drivers and operations staff
- Fast‑paced transportation environment requiring flexibility and problem‑solving
Salary : $25 - $28
