Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, hygienic, and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. We do property management move out cleans , new construction, and commercial cleaning. We work hard but have fun with it.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces, windows, window tracks, cabinets, doors, trim, light switches, closet shelves, appliances, bathrooms, ect.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
