We are seeking a dependable, hard-working cleaner to join our team!

This is a part time, Evening Position that takes place during the week. This position is located on the Northside of Holland, and will average 12-16 hours a week.
The ideal candidate will perform various cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, wiping flat surfaces, and cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all areas of the facility.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow safety protocols when using cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors.
- Clean restrooms.
We prefer this individual to come with a strong understanding of and/or proven experience in janitorial or custodial work, with knowledge of commercial cleaning practices. We do recognize that these skills can be trained, and we are willing to do so for the right candidate!
The ideal candidate will be trainable, willing to learn new tasks, and hardworking. This candidate must be responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work and representing our company to the highest standards.

Physical Requirements:
- Standing/Walking: Ability to stand and walk for up to 3 hours per shift.
- Visual Acuity: Strong visual acuity to identify minute dirt, dust, streaks, and stains.
- Lifting: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25–50 lbs regularly.
- Stamina: Capability to bend, kneel, crouch and reach continuously.
Performance Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check ( a requirement of the customer)
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques.
- Customer service skills are a plus for interacting politely with staff or visitors when necessary
