What are the responsibilities and job description for the Waiter Assistant, Server position at All Steak Restaurant?
We are in search of Waiter Assistants to train and learn our processes prior to becoming a Server with the All Steak Family. A Waiter Assistant becomes familiar with our operating standards while assisting our servers in tasks such as bussing, running food, refilling beverages and keeping a clean crisp atmosphere.
The role of a Waiter Assistant is vital to our overall operations. We consider a WA to be the backbone of our restaurant. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- bussing, sanitizing and resetting tables for our next guest
- running food (knowledge of table and seat numbers required)
- polishing and rolling silverware
- standard cleaning responsibilities (i.e. sweeping, mopping, restocking, restrooms)
- ensuring guest satisfaction by accommodating requests such as refills, utensils, additional sauces, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $7.25 per hour
