DGJ Consulting is partnered with All States Home Improvement — a trusted, family-owned remodeling company serving Wichita and surrounding areas for over 30 years.

We are currently looking for motivated, outgoing Canvassers / Appointment Setters to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with door-to-door, canvassing, sales, customer service, or lead generation experience who want unlimited earning potential and flexibility.

Unlike many canvassing companies, you’ll be representing a well-known local brand with strong community recognition, proven marketing, and high-quality products homeowners already trust.

What You’ll Do

• Canvass local neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
• Generate and set qualified appointments for our sales team
• Represent the company professionally and positively
• Educate homeowners on exterior remodeling services including roofing, siding, windows, baths, and more
• Track leads and appointment information accurately
• Work independently while contributing to team goals

Schedule

Flexible scheduling available.

Preferred/peak canvassing hours:

• Weekdays: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Weekends available
• Additional daytime hours available

We are willing to work around school schedules, athletics, internships, and second jobs.

Compensation

• Commission-only compensation
• Uncapped earning potential

Requirements

• Previous canvassing, door-to-door, appointment setting, or sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
• Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision
• Coachable mindset and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
