Position Summary
As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers—handling inbound calls and online inquiries and making outbound calls to schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
We’re looking for someone who communicates confidently in English and Spanish, enjoys connecting with people, and is motivated by the opportunity to increase their earnings through performance.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the voice of All States Home Improvement, representing our company with positivity, professionalism, and respect.
- Assist English- and Spanish-speaking homeowners with questions, project inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
- Manage inbound calls, web inquiries, and outbound follow-ups to set qualified appointments for our sales team.
- Follow our proven appointment-setting process to achieve or exceed activity and conversion goals.
- Listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions to understand each homeowner’s needs, challenges, and goals.
- Clearly explain the value of our in-home consultations and coordinate appointments that include all decision-makers.
- Accurately enter homeowner contact information, project interests, appointment details, and notes into our CRM.
- Follow structured call plans, maintain consistent call activity, and manage callbacks effectively.
- Respond promptly to voicemails and online inquiries.
- Communicate key details to the sales team to support a smooth handoff and positive customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to accurately document customer information.
- A positive attitude, dependable work habits, and willingness to learn.
- Motivation to meet goals and earn performance-based bonuses.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable DMV record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability to work 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.
- Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Work location: In person in Wichita, KS.
Earning Potential
Base pay starts at $17/hour, plus uncapped bonus opportunities. Many of our team members earn $1,500 or more in bonuses each month by meeting or exceeding their appointment goals.
