Arrow Acquisitions is hiring a Welder II to join our production team in Lenexa, KS. If you've got solid MIG welding experience and can weld straight from a print, we want you building Grapples, Spotters, and Sidney Products alongside a skilled production team.
The Details
- Pay: $24.00/hour, plus more depending on experience
- Location: Lenexa, KS
- Experience: 4–7 years
What You'll Do
- MIG weld (GMAW) sub-assemblies and finished products in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions
- Build Grapples, Spotters, Tack, and Sidney Products
- Read prints and weld to print with accuracy
- Perform on-line testing, inspection, and welding quality checks
- Polish and prepare metal units for the next stage of production
- Follow all safety and hazardous material procedures, using PPE as required
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- May provide training to others on welding, assembly, inspection, or test procedures
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4–7 years of welding experience
- Welding Certification required
- Ability to read prints and weld to print
- Comfortable following written and verbal instructions and posted procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and work independently
