What are the responsibilities and job description for the HIRING CDL A OWNER OPERATORS | TRUCK DRIVERS position at All State Express LLC?
Are You an 18-Wheeler Owner Operator in California? We Have Loads Ready — Apply Today
Stop driving for companies that don't value your time.
You own your truck. You built your business. You deserve a carrier that actually supports you — not one that leaves you sitting, waiting, and wondering where your next load is coming from.
All State Express LLC has dry van drop & hook loads moving through California every single day. Los Angeles. Fresno. Sacramento. Bay Area. San Diego. The freight is there — we just need the right operator behind the wheel.
Is this you?
Before you read another word, answer these 3 questions:
- Do you own an 18-wheeler semi sleeper truck? ✅
- Do you have a valid Class A CDL? ✅
- Do you have at least 6 months of OTR experience? ✅
If you said YES to all three — keep reading. We want to talk to you today.

What a Typical Week Looks Like
Monday morning you call dispatch. Your load is ready — pre-loaded trailer, drop & hook. You pull up, drop your empty, hook the loaded trailer, and you're back on the road in minutes. No dock waiting. No touch freight. No wasted hours.
That's how we operate every single day.
- Trailer is always pre-loaded and waiting for you
- Drop the empty, hook the full — keep rolling
- Lightweight freight — usually under 20,000 lbs
- Direct shipper loads — faster moves, better rates
- Freight moving 7 days a week — you decide when you run
- Average 2,500 – 4,000 miles per week available
