Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Gymnastics Coach position based in Pflugerville, TX. The Gymnastics Coach will lead and assist in training gymnastics and tumbling sessions for children and young athletes. Daily responsibilities include planning lessons, demonstrating techniques safely, ensuring participants' safety, providing personalized feedback, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment to help participants achieve their goals. Collaboration with team members and consistent communication with staff and participants will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Gymnastics and Tumbling techniques
- Experience in Coaching and Sports Coaching
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and team members
- Hands-on experience in training and guiding young athletes in a safe and supportive manner
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate and encourage participants
- Previous experience as a gymnastics coach or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
