What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Age Teacher Before and After School Program position at All Stars Learning Center?
Hours:
The incumbent in this position will open the Center at 6:30 am and walk the children to school at 8:40 am. The incumbent will pick up the children from school at 3:45 pm and remain at the Center until 6:00 pm (closing).
Responsibilities:
Directs and manages the daily functions of the school age children from age 5 to 11 in the Before and After School Care Program and the Summer Program. Responsibilities include supervising the children, providing structure and programming, developing lesson plans and activities, escorting school age children to and from a local Baltimore County Public elementary school, preparing breakfast and snack, and providing care for the children when public schools are closed.
Education Requirements:
Completion of the 45-hour early childhood development course is required. In addition, the 45-hour school age curriculum course is also required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
