No previous school bus driving experience? No problem! We provide paid training and the support you need to earn your CDL and become a confident, professional school bus driver.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school on assigned routes
- Pick up and drop off students at designated bus stops
- Follow all school bus safety and bus stop safety procedures
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional bus environment
- Attend required monthly safety meetings and training
- Complete field trips, activity trips, and charter runs as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable driving history
- Clean driving record within the past 24–36 months
- Ability and willingness to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Successfully complete the company's paid training program
- Pass required pre-employment background checks, drug screening, and other hiring requirements
