Requirements:
Interest in learning the school bus transportation industry.
Must enjoy speaking on the phone with customers and others.
Excellent customer service skills.
Friendly, pleasant phone voice and personality.
Ability to multi-task.
Quick to learn new skills.
Able to follow directions.
Bilingual is required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Result orientated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Perform work under minimal supervision, self-motivated and team player.
Duties:
· Provide scheduling/dispatch assignments.
· Coordinate assignment of buses.
· Assumes any duties delegated by Seymour location manager.
· May handle backup driver duties.
