Position Summary

We are currently looking for a dependable and hardworking Loader to join our logistics operations team. The ideal candidate will support daily freight activities by safely loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing shipments. This position plays an important role in ensuring freight moves efficiently through our transportation network while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight from trucks, trailers, and other transportation vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Arrange, stack, and secure shipments properly to prevent damage during handling and transportation.
• Check incoming and outgoing freight for accuracy, completeness, and visible damage.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and operations teams to prepare shipments for scheduled pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe loading areas, docks, and workspaces.
• Operate equipment and follow established safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Assist with general warehouse, shipping, and yard operations as needed.
• Perform additional duties to support smooth daily logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, freight, shipping, or material handling is a plus but not required.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and carry items weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with team members.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work in warehouse environments and outdoor areas when required.
