We’re hiring ONE experienced HVAC Service Selling Technician who knows how to run calls, build trust with homeowners, and turn opportunities into real revenue.
MUST see tune-ups as quality opportunities to help homeowners and drive options! This is how we win in the winter! We have over 500 members and run TU promos regularly.
We have more demand than we can handle — with 3–5 service calls per day, per tech. If you know how to present options, explain repair vs. replacement with confidence, and convert both maintenance and no-cool calls into revenue, you’ll stay busy and make great money here..

⭐ What You’ll Do
- Run residential HVAC service, diagnostic, and maintenance calls
- Perform high-quality tune-ups and system evaluations
- Diagnose issues quickly and accurately
- Present clear repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call
- Maintain clean, organized truck and accurate service records
- Support installs or projects when needed (team-first culture)

⭐ Schedule
- Full-time
- Chose from two schedules:
- Saturday thru Wednesday OFF Thursday and Friday! (we sell a ton on Sat Sun)
- Sunday thru Thursday - OFF Friday and Saturday!
- Weekend Availability is requried but still 2 days off a week (work life balance is key) instead of on call weekends, we do 5 day work weeks that overlap the full 7 days of the week to ensure we have staffing. We find that we do 33% of our weekly revenue on Saturdays and Sunday!
- we run calls 8am to 8pm 7 days a week, so we have staggered schedules
