At All-Star Sports Academy, you will conduct sales through constant recruiting of new and existing families for lessons, teams, and programs seasonally as directed. Additionally, you will be initiating cross-selling opportunities with current families and upselling all current families to other ASSA products. This is a non-exempt role that reports to the assistant telemarketing lead.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing phone calls to new and existing clients per R2 by your manager.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching prospects and leads for potential accounts.
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
- Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell.
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and register clients for ASSA events.
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database. Attending periodic sales training where applicable.
- Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
- Develop an understanding of ASSA CRM (Salesforce) supplying proper notes and information for accurate data tracking.
- Maintain required conversion rate per ASSA average sale per presentation.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required.
- 3 years of sales experience
- Strong desire to succeed.
- Strong work ethic & self-starter
- Excellent communication skills
- Goal-oriented
- Energetic
