The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for analyzing and delivering accurate reporting to key stakeholders within All-Star Sports Academy (ASSA) on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. The Business Intelligence Analyst will oversee daily transactional input and serve as a conduit between field staff and company procedures and processes. The Business Intelligence Analyst is also responsible for entering and processing all approved credits and refunds approved by the ASSA Management team. In addition, the Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for working closely with operations and finance stakeholders to ensure proper maintenance of products within all ASSA platforms. This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Accurately updating and sending ASSA daily/weekly/monthly push reports as assigned.
• Gather, review, and analyze business data, including KPIs and other key metrics.
• Analyze existing software applications to understand and document functionality.
• Responsible for ongoing management of ASSA database accuracy & setup.
• Monitor data integrity across all systems and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with field staff and serve as support to their system needs.
• Collaborate with field staff to ensure understanding of the reports produced and train where necessary.
• Provide recommendations to field managers on identified areas of opportunity using KPI’s.
• Review business operations, assess evolving business ideas, liaise between field & corporate departments, and communicate recommendations for improving business operations.
• Deliver various ad hoc reports requested by the management team that will assist in driving the performance of the business.
• Oversee the CRM/POS check & sync of data into the ERP system, ensuring all sales & payment transactions match each day across systems.
• Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
• ASSA product builds in respective systems and disseminates to stakeholders.
• ASSA product modifications in the respective system based on field and client needs.
• Take full ownership of all adjustments relating to travel teams & LeagueApps platform.
• Ensure timely posting and processing of all approved credit and refund requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
