All Star Roofing is seeking a motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representative to generate new business for our residential roofing services. This role involves canvassing neighborhoods, engaging homeowners, identifying potential roofing issues.
The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and comfortable initiating conversations with homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods to identify potential roofing opportunities
- Introduce homeowners to the company and explain our roofing services (repairs, replacements, inspections)
- Generate leads and schedule free roof inspections
- Maintain accurate records of leads and scheduled appointments
- Represent the company professionally in the community
- Follow assigned canvassing areas and routes
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation goals
- Provide feedback on homeowner interest and neighborhood activity
Qualifications
- Previous sales, canvassing, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation to assigned areas
- Ability to walk neighborhoods for extended periods
Preferred Skills
- Experience in home improvement sales (roofing, siding, etc.)
- Basic understanding of roofing systems or willingness to learn
- Ability to build rapport quickly with homeowners
