Job Type: Full-time                                                                                                                                                                                                      Pay Range: $33 - $40 per hour                                                                                                                                                                                    Job Location: Fallbrook Ca.                                                                                                                                                                                        Sign on bonus up to $2500 and daily productivity bonuses

Our All Star Physical Therapy location in Palm Desert, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. In this role, you’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to streamline patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PT Aides. You will be thrilled with our new AI documention software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. Our full-time PTA's often make around $1300/month in just productivity bonus, on top of their regular pay. You’ll achieve success by:    

• Assist in evaluation of client’s daily living skills and capacities to determine extent of abilities and limitations 
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques including exercise Instruction, manual therapy techniques, activities of daily living, and Isokinetic program 
• Observe patients during treatments and reports observations to Physical Therapist 
• Communicate with staff and other health team members, to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs     

Qualifications:    

• Associates Degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program required 
• Unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure to practice required.
