We are seeking a skilled Server Repair Technician to join our customer's team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong background in software and hardware troubleshooting, equipment repair, and technical support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with various computer systems and provide essential server support services.
*Minimum Requirements*
-Six (6) months to one (1) year technical repair experience in a related field required.
-Six (6) months to one (1) year experience in debugging and testing of electro mechanical assemblies a plus.
-A Plus Certification a plus.
-High School Diploma or equivalent.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform software troubleshooting and resolve technical issues on computer systems
- Conduct server repair and maintenance tasks efficiently
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software-related problems
- Analyze system issues and implement effective solutions
- Conduct field service visits to diagnose and repair computer systems
- Solder components and read schematics when necessary
*Skills*
-Use of tools and test equipment of various types, to repair servers.
-Proficiency in computer hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
-Repair or replace parts as necessary for servers
- Ability to analyze technical problems and develop solutions
- Strong soldering skills for hardware repairs
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
