Our team handles everything from residential driveways and parking lots to major roadway projects, along with concrete work, milling, grading, excavation, masonry, drainage and asphalt maintenance.Pay$20-$25/hrBenefits/PerksRetirement and Company Match Program after 1 year of service.Supportive, family-oriented culture and opportunities for professional growth.HoursSeasonal position: April - DecemberMon - Fri 6am - 4pm, some SaturdaysDuties:Lay bricks, concrete blocks, stones, Belgium block and other masonry units to build or repair walls, Belgium block curbing, Belgium block aprons or other masonry items.Mix and apply mortar, cement, or grout using hand tools and mixing equipment.Cut, shape, and fit bricks, stones, or blocks to specified dimensions using hand tools, power saws, or masonry equipment.Ensure structures are level, plumb, and properly aligned during installation.Repair or replace damaged masonry units, patches, or decorative surfaces.Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.Follow all site safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Collaborate with other construction trades and site personnel to ensure project efficiency and quality.Requirements/Qualifications:Proven experience as a mason, bricklayer, or similar role in construction.Knowledge of masonry materials, tools, and techniques.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.Strong attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship.Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions.Good teamwork and communication skills.Completion of an apprenticeship or relevant certification (preferred).Work performed primarily outdoors on construction sites.Exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.May require standing, bending, or lifting for extended periods.#hc207256
