KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order Processing and Data Management
Process all orders with a high-attention to detail and ensure complete and accurate data. Enter sales orders, purchase orders, acknowledgments, change orders, quotes, and submittals in BizTrack throughout the day, with 98% of incoming work being added to the BizTrack on the day received.
Project Coordination and Communication
Manage a high volume of daily emails to keep project managers, contractors, and vendors informed. Schedule material deliveries with drivers and manufacturers and proactively communicate status updates to ensure everyone knows when items will arrive at the jobsite. Additionally, you will quickly resolve issues such as out-of-stock items, backorders, or delivery delays by working with vendors and internal teams to find solutions that keep projects moving on schedule.
Team Liaison and Financial Review
Serve as the "bridge" between the Sales and Accounting departments by building strong professional relationships and actively assist in problem solving. Check delivery tickets daily for accuracy, perform biweekly projects audits to confirm customers are billed correctly, and assist in creating reports for the accounting department.
