Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Store Manager to lead our team and oversee day-to-day operations. As the Manager, you’ll have the freedom to make the business your own by developing marketing ideas, planning events, and engaging with the community. This role requires proactive leadership, with responsibilities spanning all aspects of the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team and manage daily operations to ensure smooth store performance.
- Develop creative marketing strategies and in-store promotions.
- Organize and host charity events or community outreach initiatives.
- Train, motivate, and manage staff to meet performance goals.
- Handle customer interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Foster a positive team environment by leading with enthusiasm and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Prior managerial experience in retail or a similar field.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
