All Star Maids is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our growing cleaning service team. We are looking for a results-driven leader who can oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive business growth. All Star Maids was established in 2018, and has a growing number of clients in the Omaha Metro and surrounding areas. We provide company vehicles, all cleaning equipment, and reward our employees who provide excellent service.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to achieve and exceed goals.
- Oversee all aspects of cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth, sales, and profitability.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, budget, and project timelines.
Some Requirements from You
- Prior experience working as a professional cleaner and supervisor
- Submit to background check and drug testing
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to lift at least 30 pounds
- Smartphone with texting, camera and GPS
- Bilingual a plus but not required
- Be motivated to provide excellent service every day!
