All Star Honda is looking for a motivated and dependable Lube Technician to join our growing service department. What You'll Do:
Routine Maintenance Services
- Perform oil and filter changes according to manufacturer specifications
- Rotate, inspect, and balance tires as needed
- Check and top off vehicle fluids, including coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, and windshield washer fluid
- Replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades
- Perform multi-point vehicle inspections
Vehicle Inspections
- Identify maintenance needs and potential concerns
- Communicate findings to service advisors and technicians
- Assist with basic diagnostic procedures when needed
Shop Operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
- Properly dispose of used oil, filters, and other materials
- Assist with moving vehicles throughout the service department
Customer Experience
- Help ensure every customer receives timely, professional service
- Take pride in performing quality work the first time
- Support dealership goals for customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
Preferred
- Previous automotive maintenance or lube technician experience
- Basic automotive knowledge and familiarity with hand tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
