- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract close.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, facility managers, and property management companies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Proven success in outside sales, business development, or B2B account management, preferably in service-based industries.
- Strong ability to generate leads, build rapport quickly, and close deals with decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven with a professional presence.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a local territory.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
