The Client Developer will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and cultivating relationships with new clients and expanding company relationships with existing clients. The Client Developer will make a great first impression that is backed up by outstanding customer service and a strong work ethic. In addition, the Client Developer will act within the values of All Star Healthcare Solutions.

Responsibilities of Client Developers:
• Proactively build and expand a high-quality pipeline of client accounts through daily outreach
(100 calls per day)
• Develop new client partnerships while strengthening relationships with existing accounts by understanding their unique hiring needs.
• Present tailored solutions and qualified candidates that align with each client’s requirements and business goals.
• Ensure smooth, transparent processes by clearly communicating assignment details, timelines, and compensation structures.
• Foster long-term client loyalty through consistent follow-up, excellent service, and reliable delivery of results.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in sales and high-volume cold calling is preferred
• Backgrounds in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality are preferred
