Responsibilities
- Remove and replace auto glass using manual cutting tools and power tools with precision and care
- Conduct automotive glass repairs to restore vehicle integrity and safety standards
- Handle glass materials safely, ensuring proper storage, handling, and disposal
- Install windshields, side windows, rear windows, and other automotive glass components with attention to detail
- Operate company vehicles to transport tools, parts, and equipment to job sites efficiently
- Perform vehicle inspections related to glass fitting, auto body repair, and general maintenance tasks
- Assist with detailing, and minor auto body repairs as needed to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform manual glass cutting accurately and safely
- Knowledge of automotive glass materials handling and installation techniques
- Physical ability to lift heavy glass panels safely and perform repetitive tasks with precision
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles
