What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fence Project Estimator position at All Star Fence Company?
All Star Fence is Spokane's #1 Fence Installer and we are growing fast. We have been in business for over 14 years and are growing rapidly. We are a fun and laid back place to work as long as goals are met and work is completed. We provide hourly pay, commission, vacation, sick pay, and bonuses. All major holidays are paid as well.
Due to rapid growth we are currently looking to hire an additional on-site job estimator to handle our large call volume. This is a full time position with benefits, hourly pay, plus commission. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. Previous fence experience is preferred but not required. Job would entail meeting with customers at their property, discussing several options with them, answering questions, resolving concerns, measuring job site, providing sales quotes. etc. Job does require great people skills, product knowledge, understanding of pricing structures, etc. Daily schedule would vary slightly but 8-5 for the most part Monday through Friday. Company vehicle and cell phone are provided so a clean driving record is required, no exceptions.
