Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located at sawgrass mills in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling sales targets. Additional duties include monitoring inventory, implementing retail strategies, maintaining store aesthetics, and ensuring compliance with safety and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Excellent Communication skills for leading staff, interacting with customers, and collaborating with team members.
- Proficient in Store Management, including staff supervision, productivity monitoring, and meeting sales goals.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to maintain inventory security and minimize shrinkage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage operational challenges effectively.
- Experience in a retail or customer-facing management role is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree in Business or related field is a plus.
