Responsibilities

- Oversee transportation planning and logistics to optimize freight movement and reduce costs.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to promote professional development and team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse operations with overall business objectives.
