The ideal candidate will need to possess a strong background in electrical project management methodologies and demonstrate expertise in management, program development, leadership, and strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage project scope, timelines, and resources while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position requires a minimum of 10 years prior experience as a project manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Manage project scope by defining deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of tasks.
• Develop and implement management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during project phases.
• Utilize processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across projects.
• Oversee program development efforts, ensuring that all projects align with strategic goals.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation using tools provided for project tracking and reporting.
