About the Role

We are hiring a driven and results-oriented Business Development Professional / Market Manager with a strong sales and relationship-building background. This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mentality who thrives in outside sales, territory management, and community engagement. This is a hybrid role combining business development, community outreach, and driver education instruction.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute business development and sales strategies to grow market presence
• Deliver driver education instruction after completing certification
• Build partnerships with schools, local businesses, and community organizations
• Conduct outside sales, prospecting, and lead generation
• Represent the company through event marketing and brand promotion
• Develop and maintain client relationships and strategic partnerships
• Identify new revenue opportunities and market expansion channels

Qualifications

• 25 years old
• Valid Indiana driver’s license (minimum 5 years)
• Clean driving and background record
• High school diploma or GED required
• Preferred: Experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Recruiting, and Account Management
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based / outside sales environment
• Willingness to travel within Indiana
