Dance Instructor Position – All Styles
All-Star Dance Company | Central Florida
All-Star Dance Company is seeking an experienced Dance Instructor (All Styles) to join our team beginning February 2026. This position is ideal for a motivated, reliable instructor who enjoys working with dancers of all ages and wants to be part of a meaningful and fun performance opportunity.
Position Overview:
- Primary responsibility: Choreographing and teaching our Daddy/Daughter routine for the 2026 season
- Additional responsibilities:
- Substituting recreational and team classes as needed during the week
- Opportunity for expanded teaching hours during Summer 2026
- Continued teaching opportunities available for the 2026–2027 dance season
Qualifications:
- Strong background in multiple dance styles
- Prior dance teaching experience required
- Experience choreographing routines for performances or showcases
- Comfortable working with both children and adults
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills with dancers, parents, and staff
Schedule Requirements:
- Weekend availability required (Daddy/Daughter rehearsals)
- Weekday availability preferred for substitute classes
- Start date: February 2026
