All-Star Dance Company
All-Star Dance Company is seeking passionate, reliable, and experienced dance instructors to join our faculty for the 2026–2027 season, with possiblity of summer teaching opportunities also available. We are a growing, family-oriented studio committed to providing high-quality dance education in a positive, encouraging environment.
Position Overview
Dance instructors will be responsible for teaching weekly classes, maintaining a supportive classroom atmosphere, and helping dancers grow both technically and artistically. Opportunities may include recreational classes, performance teams, competitive teams, choreography, and special events depending on experience and availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of dance teaching experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Dance or related field preferred
- Strong background in one or more styles (ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, tap, acro, etc.)
- Experience teaching children and teens of varying ages and levels
- Ability to manage classrooms with professionalism, positivity, and structure
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Teach weekly classes during the 2026–2027 season
- Attend required staff meetings, rehearsals, and events
- Choreograph routines when assigned (recital, performances, or competition)
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and motivating classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with studio leadership and families
- Uphold studio policies and professional standards
Schedule & Commitment
- Fall 2026–Spring 2027 season commitment
- Summer teaching opportunities available (classes, camps, intensives)
- Weekday evenings and/or weekends may be required based on class assignments

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
