Job Overview $22-$26 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our professional cleaning team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial facilities. As a Commercial Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' environments are safe, clean, and welcoming.
Candidates without cleaning experience are encouraged to apply as will will provide comprehensive training.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and other designated areas
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure high-quality results
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines at all times
- Restock supplies such as paper products and toiletries as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct oneself courteously when interacting with clients and staff
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles is great but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties
- A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
This position is in Downtown Burlington
Most shift are 7:00pm to 11:00pm (We have other shifts available)
Work afternoons and evenings
Starting pay is $22. Regular pay increases up to $26!
