Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 annually incentive opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a high-volume, energetic full-service restaurant in Salt Lake City. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and knows how to balance an exceptional guest experience with strong operational and financial performance.

The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations, develop and motivate the restaurant team, and ensure consistent execution across service, food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Manage shifts including scheduling, planning, staffing, and real-time operational decision-making.
• Create memorable dining experiences by maintaining a strong floor presence and consistently exceeding guest expectations.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members while building a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture.
• Monitor restaurant performance and support achievement of sales, labor, cost, and profitability goals.
• Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and overall restaurant presentation.
• Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless communication and execution between front- and back-of-house teams.
• Resolve guest concerns and unexpected operational challenges with professionalism, urgency, and composure.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and ongoing development of restaurant team members.
• Utilize POS, scheduling, and digital reservation systems to effectively manage restaurant operations.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve service, efficiency, team performance, and the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Proven ability to lead successful shifts and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong understanding of restaurant business operations and financial performance.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Passion for hospitality with a strong commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
• Working knowledge of food and beverage, including ingredients, flavors, and restaurant service standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm, confident, and decisive during high-volume service.
• Experience with POS systems and digital reservation platforms such as OpenTable.
• Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to continuous improvement.
