- Safely transport customers to and from the repair center, their homes, or workplaces in a timely and professional manner.
- Greet customers upon arrival and assist service advisors with gathering keys and helping direct vehicles for technician inspection.
- Sweep, mop, and maintain the cleanliness of the repair center floors, waiting areas, restrooms, and break rooms.
- Take out trash and recycling daily.
- Organize and tidy common areas and help maintain a clean, professional appearance throughout the facility.
- Pick up and deliver parts, materials, or supplies from local vendors as needed.
- Assist with errands such as mail delivery or banking as directed by management.
- Assist the team with other operational tasks as requested.
- Maintain the shuttle vehicle's cleanliness and ensure it is fueled and ready for use.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Friendly and courteous demeanor with strong customer service skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions accurately.
- Able to work independently while remaining responsive to team needs.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Work is performed indoors and outdoors, including driving in all weather conditions.
- Frequent walking, standing, and driving are required throughout the day.
