We’re Hiring: Deep Clean Specialist for All Spruced Up Cleaning Co.
We know we’re looking for a few unicorns here — but we are ready to add 2–3 amazing Deep Clean Specialists to our team!
This position is perfect for someone who has cleaning experience, reliable, hardworking, takes pride in detailed work, and wants to be part of a company that truly values its team.
Schedule
Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**Some days may finish earlier depending on the job schedule.

- Has past cleaning experience
- Loves detailed, hands-on work
- Can follow systems and checklists
- Takes constructive criticism and uses it to improve
- Has a positive, team-player attitude
- Is reliable, trustworthy, and shows up ready to work
- Can work independently and stay focused without being watched
About the Role
Our Deep Clean Specialists help reset homes and prepare them for ongoing routine cleaning. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to clean with care and consistency.
You’ll be cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, baseboards, fixtures, floors, and more. Deep cleans are detailed, so we need someone who is not afraid of hard work and who feels proud when a home looks amazing.
