Remote Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities

Enter customer, product, and transaction information into company databases with high accuracy.
Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any inconsistencies.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data is up to date and accessible.
Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic and paper records.
Perform routine quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Respond to data-related inquiries from internal teams promptly and professionally.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Familiarity with database software and data confidentiality protocols preferred.
