Automotive Technician / MechanicResponsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, including engine, electrical, and transmission systems
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and clearly communicate recommended repairs
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and troubleshoot problems
- Complete scheduled maintenance services such as tune-ups and fluid services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all services and repairs performed
- Provide professional, customer-focused service by addressing questions and concerns
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair procedures
- Diesel repair experience is a plus
- Experience operating heavy equipment, forklifts is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service
- Maintain a Valid Driver's License
